Founded in Berlin in 2016 by architects Jan Baumann and Arun Markus, UNDPLUS has spent nearly a decade turning brands into spaces, experiences and real-world moments, for companies that understand the difference between being seen and being felt.

Our projects are created for brands and companies across technology, fashion & lifestyle, beauty, food & beverage, media & culture and corporate workplaces, from global brands to local heroes, shaping culture and innovation.

Our interdisciplinary team of around 40 architects, designers, strategists and producers works across Berlin and Munich — from the first idea to final realisation. The Berlin studio is led by Jan Baumann, Arun Markus and Greta Scarzo. The Munich studio is headed by Hanne Hallwaß.
UNDPLUS operates across Germany and Europe — collaborating internationally with a curated network of partners and specialists.
